As an International Technical & Facility Manager, you take the lead in managing and optimizing our service network. You work closely with the COO, procurement, our in-house garage, and the driver control team to ensure the continuity of our fleet.
You develop and implement a clear strategy for the maintenance and service network, ensuring optimal collaboration with external partners and our internal workshops.
You prepare a consolidated budget and manage a KPI dashboard to continuously monitor and improve performance.
From our site in Ypres, you lead the garage and site operations while providing functional oversight of external service points.
You are responsible for monitoring fleet performance and ensuring its continuity.
You stay up to date with market trends and supplier capabilities, anticipating changes where necessary.
What do we expect from you?
Master's degree level
You have at least 10 years of technical experience in a leadership role
You are able to communicate in multiple languages (NL – FR – ENG)
You are willing to travel regularly to external service points
You have the necessary technical affinity and strategic thinking ability
You are a team player who also possesses the required independence
